BETWEEN AGRICULTURAL/FARM TOURISM VILLA VITTORIA AND THE SCHOOL ALDO MORO OF GUARDAVALLE (CZ)

A visit/activity is scheduled for May 13, 2024, with the goal of:

  • Educating young people about healthy eating and conscious consumption through understanding the relationships between production techniques, product quality, health, and environmental protection;
  • Promoting learning through laboratory-based methods;
  • Stimulating curiosity and the intrinsic desire for knowledge as motivation for learning;
  • Capturing the participants’ interest through playful or game-like activities;
  • Promoting knowledge of the world through direct experience;
  • Presenting a multidisciplinary educational path that goes beyond the traditional segmentation of knowledge in education;
  • Educating the use of senses through exploration of nature;
  • Increasing awareness of low-impact agriculture and environmental protection, promoting eco-friendly and sustainable behaviors;
  • Strengthening the city-country relationship by bringing consumers closer to the cultural, historical, environmental, and productive values of rural life;
  • Promoting knowledge of local history and traditions linked to seasonal cycles;
  • Introducing typical local products;
  • Understanding the importance of biodiversity;
  • Supporting and spreading awareness of social farming activities through the use of information and communication technologies;
  • Using information and communication technologies to facilitate access to services offered;
  • Promoting the use of shared spaces and resources.
  • Initiating educational activities involving young people from the local community and disadvantaged groups.
