A visit/activity is scheduled for April 23, 2024, with the aim to:
- Educate young people on healthy eating and conscious consumption through an understanding of the relationships between production techniques, product quality, health, and environmental protection.
- Promote learning through laboratory methods.
- Stimulate curiosity and intrinsic motivation for knowledge.
- Capture the participants’ interest through playful or game-like activities.
- Promote world knowledge through direct experience.
- Present a multidisciplinary educational path that goes beyond traditional educational boundaries.
- Educate the use of the senses through the exploration of nature.
- Increase attention to low-impact agriculture and environmental protection, promoting eco-friendly and sustainable behaviors.
- Strengthen the city-country relationship by bringing consumers closer to cultural, historical, environmental, and productive values of rural life.
- Promote knowledge of local history and traditions linked to seasonal cycles.
- Present the typical products of the region.
- Understand the importance of biodiversity.
- Support and spread awareness of social farming activities through the use of information and communication technologies.
- Use information and communication technologies to facilitate access to the offered services.
- Encourage the use of shared spaces and resources.
- Initiate educational activities involving young people from the local community and disadvantaged groups.
