About Us

Our family-run agriturismo, owned by the Perronace family, was born from a deep love for the land and its traditions. It’s located in Guardavalle, in the province of Catanzaro, surrounded by lush countryside rich in history.

Our Story

Our story began in 1998, when we decided to breathe new life into our old family buildings and farmland, transforming them into a working farm and agriturismo.

In 2006, our journey expanded with the launch of the educational farm — a project dedicated to schools, groups, and families. Its mission is to reconnect people, both young and old, with rural traditions and farm life. Through hands-on workshops and educational activities, we aim to share the value of staying connected to the land, respecting nature, and embracing sustainability.

At the heart of everything is Nonna Vittoria, the soul of our kitchen. She is the guardian of our family’s recipes and the authentic flavors of Calabrian tradition. With love and passion, she prepares dishes that tell stories of the past, using fresh ingredients from our own farm and local producers.

The restaurant is the crown jewel of our hospitality — a place that feels like home. Here, you’ll enjoy warm, family-style meals in a cozy atmosphere, where every gesture reflects the welcoming spirit of our roots. Nonna Vittoria keeps guests amazed with homemade pasta, rustic cakes, artisanal jams, fresh-baked desserts, and many other traditional specialties.

Her cooking celebrates the simplicity of peasant life, with recipes passed down and lovingly preserved. Thanks to her experience, she keeps alive ancient techniques of food preservation and preparation.

By her side is her son, Pasquale Perronace, who leads the agriturismo with dedication, blending a deep respect for tradition with an innovative, sustainable vision. Under his guidance, Villa Vittoria has become more than just a place to stay — it’s a space for growth, inclusion, and connection, where past and present meet to create unforgettable experiences.

With Pasquale, every guest is greeted with a warm smile and kind words. He welcomes visitors, shares stories of the land, and passionately communicates the unique culture of our territory.

The love for this place lives on through the next generation — Lorenzo, Fabrizio, and Gabriele. Raised among the rhythms of farm life and the spirit of hospitality, they grew up breathing in the family passion. Today, they bring fresh energy to the project, bridging tradition and the future, showing how old values can still thrive — renewed in the hands of the new generation.
