Just arrived
ELLIKA - My husband and I spent 4 days in this beautiful Agritourismo. Surrounded by citrus and olive trees and a beautiful heated swimmingpool in the garden. We love trekking and there are several good trails in the neighborhood. Mama Vittorias cooking is beautiful. You must have dinner here if possible. Their own wine is good, and all other homemade products are tasty too. When Villa Vittorias restaurant is closed can you have dinner at Vittorias brothers place cross the river. Jock the nice little dog accompanied us there and waited faithfully until we had finished dinner, and made shure we got back.

Rooms and apartments are delivered from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.00 am

Booking rules
Stays, arrival and departure times must be agreed in advance with the management.
The reservation is validated following the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the entire amount to be made within 3 days of confirmation, including telephone confirmation.
Cancellation rules
1 - For cancellation requests received at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date:
30% penalty on the total amount as per booking confirmation.
2 - For cancellation requests received at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date:
50% penalty on the total amount as per booking confirmation.
3 - For cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date:
75% penalty on the total amount as per booking confirmation.
4 - For cancellation requests received within 7 days of the expected arrival date:
100% penalty on the total amount as per booking confirmation.
Other notes
It is advisable to view, in the dedicated sections, the location of the booked accommodation, in order to avoid confusion of location, given that our apartments are located in two nearby places ( Agriturismo Villa Vittoria and Masseria Torre Zuvinu )
Please note that the tourist tax of €1 per day for people aged 11+ is paid by those staying
For rooms with the "standard" suffix, the management reserves the right to provide us with any of this type of room, should this become necessary.

PETS:
our 4-legged friends are allowed in all our accommodations provided that:
• do not damage furnishings, blankets, and various linen
• no type of linen in the accommodation can be used to let us rest, our little friends will not be able to sleep on chairs, sofas or beds, under penalty of payment in full for the object used.
• The owners take care of their animals without relegating them to the room, providing for all their needs, the latter being trained to coexist with other guests and their other friends
• that they are led outside on a leash, and in case it is deemed necessary to equip them with a muzzle

RATES
The hospitality of our 4-legged friends provides for a security deposit of € 50 refundable subject to any deductions for damages, which in any case will be evaluated in their entirety
Extra cleaning costs, € 20 for the rooms, € 30/50 for the apartments, mandatory.
Remember to take your little friend's bowls and playmat with you
Among other things, remember to bring both the vaccination certificate with you on vacation and - if you have one or more dogs - the certificate certifying registration with the canine registry.
The management will be at your disposal to advise you on specialized shops in the area, veterinarians, dog beaches etc.
