OIL, WINE and Mediterranean Diet
Olive groves, Vineyards and Citrus groves characterise the landscape of our company, on our table extra Virgin olive Oil, DOC Wine and products of the mediterranean diet. All our plantations are grown with the Method Organic.

THE MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN AND THE DIET OF LONGEVITY
The climate, the geographical location, the orography, have made that Calabria could contain the most accomplished of the "Landscapes Meridians", the succession of different peoples have transformed this land, more than the other, in a crucible of fruits, vegetables, legumes, spices and tree species, but also, and inevitably, aromas, flavors, and fragrances.
Here, in the centre of the Mediterranean Sea, the man and mother earth, are contaminated with each other for thousands of years, transforming lives in the most healthy style of life. Here is born the Diet of Longevity, this is the Mediterranean Garden

Our plantations extend for around 16 hectares, we cultivate Olives for oil and eating, the cutivar Geracese and Messinese, typical of the mediterranean, allow us to extract extra Virgin olive oil of excellent quality, for use in the kitchen for the preparation of typical dishes, raw salads and for the preservation of spices and vegetables (pickles).

Wine and Vineyards
Our vineyards fall within the perimeter of the DOC wines OF BIVONGI, produce red and white wine, our label is, "WINE" ZU "VINU" from the name of our Farm.
Our grapes are GAGLIOPPO, GRECO NERO, NERO DAVOLA, INSOLIA, MALVASIA.

Fruits and Orchards
Tarot and Clementine, are the varieties of citrus that we produce, but we also grow Lemons, limes, and Bergamots. Different areas of the company are planted with small fruit trees, mountain ash, BLUEBERRY, MELECOTOGNE, MULBERRY, JUJUBE , but also dried fruit. There are, melcotogne, persimmons, figs, pears, peaches and many other fruits of the mediterranean and typical of calabria.

The vegetable Garden
In our campaigns is never missing from the garden (u jardinu), in it are planted a lot of vegetables, tomatoes, artichokes, eggplant, peppers, faggiola, zucchini flowers and lots of others.

Small Fruits
The specialties of the Mediterranean Garden are the small fruits and the fruits are lost, that can be enjoyed on-site as not marketable because of their delicacy. Myrtle, Jujube, Medlar, Arbutus, Mulberries , figs and prickly pears of every kind, etc, etc, etc

Herbs and Spices
Of course, to master it, is the chilli , but there are many varieties of herbs and spices, we list only some that you use in the kitchen and in the preservation of meats and vegetables. Along the rugged hills of the hillside we find, Carciosini wild, capers, and fennel ... then it is worth remembering oregano, basil, parsley, garlic, and onions but also plenty of wild herbs.
