Our lodgings are located on both sides of the Assi riverbed, offering a unique stay in close contact with nature. Agriturismo Villa Vittoria and Masseria Torre Zuvinu represent the two distinct souls of our estate, connected by a charming path that winds through citrus and olive groves. The two sites are 1,400 meters apart—just 4 minutes by car, 17 minutes on foot, or a relaxing bike ride.

Agriturismo Villa Vittoria features cozy accommodations, a traditional restaurant, a shop selling local products, and a swimming pool equipped for guests’ relaxation. The lodgings are furnished in a rustic Calabrian style and designed to offer privacy and comfort, with spacious private bathrooms and enchanting views of the surrounding citrus orchards. Guests can choose between rooms, apartments, and independent units.

Masseria Torre Zuvinu
On the left bank of the Assi riverbed lies Masseria Torre Zuvinu, named after the ancient Saracen tower that overlooks the property. This historical complex preserves the charm of the past, with several buildings and processing workshops—some restored and repurposed for hospitality—set among citrus trees, olive groves, and vineyards. The Masseria offers breathtaking views and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
Within the Masseria, you’ll find: the Olive Press Museum and the Wine Museum, ancient hydraulic structures and the inclusive path The Water Trail, stables with small animals, the local product Shop, a Multipurpose Hall for events and cultural gatherings, a pond and a river beach area, nature trails throughout the Rural Park.
