Agriturismo Villa Vittoria, and the Masseria Torre Zuvinu are located on the Ionian Coast of Calabria, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
THE KITCHEN OF MAMMA VITTORIA
From the garden to the kitchen, to your table
As in the whole of the region including the vegetable garden, dad Agazio is a patchwork of vegetables, legumes and fruits that are interspersed with the changing of the seasons.
The orchards do not make us to miss nothing of all that is in the traction of the mediterranean.
Meat and eggs come from our own farms where we breed courtyard animals in the free state. In our soils we sow cereals for the production of flour to be used for the production of bread and biscuits, rigorously cooked in our wood-fired oven.
Our family cultivates plantations of olive groves, vineyards and citrus groves. With the extra-virgin olive oil of our production, we cook, store and season all the dishes that mom Victory elaborates in his large kitchen. The wine produced by our vineyards, to accompany our menu while juices and syrups of lemon, mandarin, orange, bergamot, and grapefruit, extracts from our citrus refresh the hot days.
In the evening, after a day of intense emotions, the menu of mamma Vittoria will leave you in awe. You will blow your mind the compositions of the dishes, the aromas and flavors emanating from the old recipes and fresh produce, collected by dad Agazio in the lush garden of the masseria.
The mid-day, after a careful and long breakfast, we recommend our fresh salads, a concentrate of flavours and aromas of the mediterranean, accompanied by fruits from the orchard and delicious syrups and sprenute of citrus and fruit.
Our breakfast is abundant and varied, both sweet and salty, ranging from sausages, to desserts, to cheeses, there are baked goods, fruit juices and syrups, which is very appreciated by our guests. The master eggs and vegetables. The dishes are served at the table for couples, inside, under the veranda or in the garden, kissed by the warm sun of the morning, and pampered by our familiar team.

At our restaurant you can organize lunches or dinners for ceremonies. We organize confirmations, baptisms, communions, dinners and meetings.
The lessons are held in the kitchen of mamma Vittoria, everything here is school, because you'll be surrounded by what is needed to make tasty dishes of the local tradition of the mediterranean. You will participate directly to the implementation of the menu of the day by using the products that in the afternoon they arrived from the garden of the company.
