General advice

• At the swimming pool, always close the gate and do not leave children unattended.
• In some accommodations, hot water arrives after a few minutes.
• Keep the leaflets in the room for the next guests.
• At night the irrigation system is activated: do not leave objects outside.

Cleaning and Order Notice

During intermediate tidying and final cleaning, the apartment and the dishes must be tidy and clean. It is not permitted to move furniture or beds: the arrangement must be agreed with the management.
Failure to comply will cancel the booked benefits and result in a triple cost for final cleaning.

Environment and energy

• Turn off lights when not needed
• Use air conditioning with doors and windows closed
• Do not exceed a 5°C difference between inside and outside
• Unplug unused chargers
• Do not dispose of non-hygienic waste in the toilet
• Close the gas valve after use

Use the designated bins in the appropriate areas.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: 16:00–18:00
• Check-out: by 10:00

Restaurant and Bar

• Open at lunch for light meals and in the evening for dinner
• The bar is open all day

Breakfast for Coeliac Guests

Breakfast for guests with gluten intolerance will be served only with packaged products. It is recommended to report any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Payments

• Cash, debit card, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal

Booking and Cancellation

• Deposit of 30% within 3 days of confirmation
• Cancellations:
  • 30+ days before: 30% penalty
  • 15+ days: 50% penalty
  • 7+ days: 75% penalty
  • <7 days: 100% penalty

Tourist Tax

• €1 per day for guests over 11 years old

Services and Facilities in Rooms

Included: breakfast, TV, air conditioning, cleaning every three nights, swimming pool, parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, hairdryer on request

Included: TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, barbecue, swimming pool, parking, electricity/water/gas, weekly cleaning, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, hairdryer on request

Bathroom Amenities and Products

To ensure a stay in line with principles of sustainability and environmental respect, guests are informed that single-use bathroom products are not included among the services offered, such as:

• Shampoo, shower gel, personal toiletries

Guests are therefore invited to provide these items themselves before arrival.

Pets

Allowed only if:

• They do not damage furnishings
  They do not sleep on beds or sofas
  They are supervised and not left in the room
  They are kept on a lead (muzzle if necessary)
  Security deposit €50, mandatory extra cleaning: rooms €20, apartments €30/50

Swimming Pool Rules

Only for agritourism guests
Hours: 10:00–13:00 / 15:30–19:00
Diving is prohibited
Entry without a lifeguard is prohibited
Shower before entering is mandatory
Children only if accompanied and properly equipped
Always close the gate
No animals in the pool area

Video Surveillance Notice

In accordance with current regulations on personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018), guests are informed that the entire agritourism area is under video surveillance.
The purposes of the video surveillance system are:
The safety of guests and staff
The protection of property and facilities
The documentation of educational and cultural activities carried out within the farm
Recorded images are processed in compliance with privacy regulations:
Devices are positioned so as not to intrude on guests’ privacy
Collected data are not disclosed and are stored only for the strictly necessary time
Access to the property implies acceptance of the presence of video surveillance systems
