Raw materials

Wine · Oil · Juices
Our family cultivates olive groves, citrus orchards and vineyards. With our extra virgin olive oil we cook, preserve and season all the traditional dishes that mamma Vittoria prepares in her large kitchen.
The wine, produced from our vineyards, accompanies the masseria menus, while juices and syrups of lemon, mandarin, orange, bergamot and grapefruit – extracted from our citrus groves – refresh the hot summer days.

Meat · Eggs · Flour
Meat and eggs come from our farms, where we raise free-range poultry. In our land we sow cereals destined for the production of flour, used for bread and biscuits strictly baked in our wood-fired oven.

Vegetables · Legumes · Fruit
As throughout the region, our garden is also a mosaic of vegetables, legumes and fruits that alternate with the passing of the seasons.
The orchards guarantee us everything that belongs to the Mediterranean tradition, without lacking anything.

BREAKFAST
Our breakfast, abundant and varied, both sweet and savoury, ranges from cured meats to cakes, from cheeses to baked goods, up to fresh fruit, juices and syrups, much appreciated by our guests.
The protagonists are the eggs and vegetables from our garden.
The courses are served at the table – also for couples – indoors, under the veranda or in the garden, kissed by the morning sun and welcomed by our family team.

LUNCH
At midday, after a rich and leisurely breakfast, we offer our fresh salads: a concentration of Mediterranean flavours and aromas, accompanied by fruit from the garden and inviting syrups or freshly squeezed citrus juices.

DINNER
In the evening, after a day full of emotions, mamma Vittoria’s menus will surprise you. The compositions, aromas and flavours of her recipes – prepared with fresh products harvested every day from our lush garden – will leave you delighted.
With us there is never a lack of cappuccino and espresso, fruit ice creams and iced granitas, liqueurs and grappas, and naturally our wine “ZUVINU”, all strictly homemade with products from the masseria.
