General Advice

• At the pool, always close the gate and do not leave children unattended.
• In some lodgings, hot water may take a few minutes to arrive.
• Please keep the brochures in the room for the next guests.
• The irrigation system activates at night: do not leave items outside.

Cleaning and Tidiness Notice

During mid-stay and final cleaning, the apartment and kitchen utensils must be tidy and clean. Moving furniture or beds is not allowed: room configuration must be agreed with management.

Failure to comply will void any booking discounts and result in a final cleaning fee three times higher than the agreed rate.

Environment and Energy Saving

• Turn off lights when not in use
• Use air conditioning only with doors and windows closed
• Keep a maximum of 5°C temperature difference between inside and outside
• Unplug unused chargers
• Do not dispose of non-toilet paper items in the WC
• Close the gas valve after use

• Check-in: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

• The bar is open all day

Breakfast for Guests with Gluten Intolerance

Breakfast for guests with gluten intolerance will be served exclusively with pre-packaged products. We kindly ask that any dietary needs be communicated at the time of booking.

Booking and Cancellation

• 30% deposit required within 3 days of confirmation
• Cancellations:
  • More than 30 days: 30% fee
  • More than 15 days: 50% fee
  • More than 7 days: 75% fee
  • Less than 7 days: 100% fee

Tourist Tax

• €1 per day for guests aged 11+

Room Features and Services

Included: breakfast, TV, air conditioning, weekly cleaning, swimming pool, parking, Wi-Fi, bed and bath linen, hairdryer available on request

Apartment Features and Services

Included: TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, barbecue, swimming pool, parking, electricity/water/gas, weekly cleaning, bed, bath and kitchen linen, hairdryer available on request

Bathroom Amenities

To ensure a stay aligned with principles of sustainability and environmental respect, guests are kindly informed that single-use bathroom products are not included among the services offered, such as:

• Shampoo, Shower gel, Personal detergents

Guests are therefore kindly requested to bring these items with them prior to arrival.

Pets

Allowed only if:

“Water Path” tour available upon arrival booking
Entry: €5 per person, minimum €40 (family discounts available)

Pool Rules

• Reserved for agriturismo guests only
• Opening hours: 10:00–13:00 / 15:30–19:00
• No diving
• No entry without lifeguard
• Shower required before swimming
• Children only with supervision and gear
• Always close the gate
• No pets in pool area

Video Surveillance Notice

In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018), please note that the entire agritourism property is under video surveillance.

The purposes of the video surveillance system include:

• Ensuring the safety of guests and staff
• Protecting the property and facilities
• Documenting educational and cultural activities held within the masseria

All recorded footage is processed in compliance with privacy regulations:

• Cameras are positioned to avoid infringing on guests’ personal privacy
• Data is not shared and is retained only for the strictly necessary period
• Entry into the premises implies acceptance of the presence of video surveillance systems
